Administration Assistant

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

We provide a fully integrated electricity network management service which includes planning, design, delivery and operation.

The role

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to assist staff and all visitors to WEL by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

This role is ideal for someone wanting to gain experience in an entry level administration position with a mix of reception and administration duties.

This role is varied and busy.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Providing reception cover - greeting visitors and answering and directing calls
  • Keeping shared areas clean and tidy
  • Completing errands
  • General administration duties - binding, filing, photocopying and scanning etc.

To be successful as an Administration Assistant you will:

  • be professional, polite and attentive whilst also being accurate
  • always be prepared and responsive, and willing to meet each challenge directly
  • be comfortable with computers, general office tasks and excel at both verbal and written communication
  • most importantly, have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others
  • have a current driver's licence (minimum restricted).
