 About the Role

The company is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a new Key Account Manager for the Manawatu & Surrounding Areas. This Key Account Manager will drive new sales and nurture existing relationships.

This person will liaise with employers (new and existing) ensuring they have enough staff on farm to fill their needs, via comprehensive understanding of clients staffing plans, identifying opportunities for recruitment and Immigration service provision.

They will be team players, able to work independently, while still being able to maintain strong links with the internal team nationwide. This person will be people focused but also able to meet  sales goals and KPIs.

The new position will work under our Commercial Manager and will be part of the Sales Team. The person will be familiar with dairy and immigration language and communities. Personal fit with the team is critical.

We have flexibility in your primary location of work:

  • Have experience in sales or an account management role within the Dairy Farming industry, and a strong understanding of Dairy Farming

  • Have high professional standards

  • Have experience in producing, filing and dealing with high detail applications and documents

  • Be inquisitive and innovative

  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Be enthusiastic about working in a multinational team

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Excellent ability in Microsoft Office applications, and Google for Business applications (Gmail, Google Docs, G Drive).

  • Be familiar with Dairy & Immigration industry language terminology and communities

  • Have a full NZ Drivers License


Hours: 40 to 45 per week

Remuneration: Annual base salary with KPI’s 

+ One Paid Mental Health Day
