Administration Assistant

An opportunity to provide strong administration support to a dedicated team within a trustworthy and honest organisation.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your administration career. You will be required to ensure the team you are supporting are able to function efficiently and effectively. You will have a 'can do' attitude and be able to adapt to change easily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage mail and correspondants
  • Process payment information in liaison with the Finance team
  • Code invoices
  • Phone management
  • Format documents
  • Assist with projects by contributing to the team
  • Other general administration tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Understanding of administrative systems
  • Experience in data entry and managing spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and and meet tight deadlines
  • Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
