Database Administrator

This newly created role will see you work closely with your manager and wider business where you will have a focus on ensuring the membership database is up to date and current, along with reporting on trends and data analysis.

  • Part time, permanent position, 20 hours per week
  • Central city location, Manners/Willis Street vicinity

Key duties within your role:

  • Maintain and update membership records
  • Ensure the integrity of the data within the CRM database
  • Perform data cleansing to keep information current
  • Extract reporting information from the database
  • Liaise with staff regarding any issues, data quality and provide assistance around the use of the CRM
  • Create mailing lists for marketing initiatives
  • Maintain postal address details in line with NZ Post
  • Analyse data and identify trends to produce information that can be used within the organisation as well as for its members
  • Prepare and present reports and statistics within Power BI – 25% of the role.

A natural head for data and numbers is helpful, along with your ability to work within a CRM database and other smaller systems.  You will have good attention to detail and knowledge within Excel.  Experience within Power BI is advantageous.
