Customer Service Representative

Do you have a passion for customer service?

Looking to get out of hospitality or retail and transfer your skills into an office environment?

Are you eager to work Monday to Friday office hours? 

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to work within a well-known company based in Parnell. You will be part of an energetic team handling inbound telephone calls from across the country, assisting with enquiries and orders. This role is a great balance of customer service and administration and will be your kick start to an awesome career!

Duties include: 
  • Handling inbound telephone calls from internal and external customers
  • Provide an excellent and informative customer experience
  • Process orders, changes, and returns according to company policies
  • Promote products and services to customers
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Email Correspondence
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role or a similar environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • A confident and vibrant approach to customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative
  • A great team player
  • Strong IT and database skills
