Construction Purchasing Assistant

What will you do?

In this full-time position you will assist our Quantity Surveying team with the ordering and purchasing of goods and services for our Ryman Construction sites across New Zealand and Melbourne.

  • Producing material schedules in conjunction with estimation team
  • Ordering from material schedules for site
  • Assist with daily and monthly site purchasing
  • Auditing site orders

  • You have previous administration experience
  • You are computer literate and are confident with Microsoft Office
  • You possess the ability to work accurately with numbers
  • You have a high level of initiative and prioritising skills
  • You are process driven
  • You have a friendly 'can-do' attitude, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • You possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
