Customer Service Support

Northwest - Auckland

Who are you?

We’re looking for a driven, customer focused individual to join our Northwest team for a fixed term until September 2020.  As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and a positive outlook.  Someone who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine desire to help customers and build lasting relationships. 

You will be committed towards putting the needs of our customer first and have natural initiative and the ability to self-manage.  The role has lots of variety, between having conversations with our customers about their banking needs, to handling foreign exchange and helping our consultant team.

The hours for this role are Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Monday 9.30am - 6.00pm.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least one year’s experience in a sales or customer service position, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and your team members
  • A systematic, organised approach to work
  • To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change
