About The Role
The role of Customer Service Advisor in the warranties team will have you liaise with customers over the phone, email and over live chat!
The purpose of this role is to evaluate the nature of the query and provide feedback based on the nature of the query.
You day to day duties will include but not limited to:
  • Handling and resolving customer queries
  • Obtain the required information from different departments which will allow you to asses the complaint and make an informed decision
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure your customers are kept in the loop with regards to the status of their queries
 
 
About You
We look for someone who is a natural problem solver with excellent customer service. Ideally, you will have a complaints or customer service background and is passionate about delivering excellent service!
Key things we look for in you: 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Passion for problem solving and delivering excellent customer service
  •  Customer centric
  •  Excellent attention to details with advanced Microsoft office skills
