About The Role

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Open and close rental agreements
  • Make reservations, check vehicles in and out, based on customer needs
  • Offer and promote all Europcar products and benefits for the customer during their rental period
  • Offer any additional services to improve their overall experience
  • Promote the Privilege Program and benefits and explain how to join
  • Cleaning vehicles to ensure Europcar quality assurance standards are achieved
  • Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
  • Ensuring that a high standard of customer satisfaction is achieved

To be considered, you should posses:

  • New Zealand work rights
  • Ability to work around a 7 day rotating shift roster
  • Full, manual licence
  • Experience working in a customer service/ Sales/ Retail environment

You will need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating shift roster.
