Property Manager - Residential

Our exceptional team of Property Managers is looking for another star to join us. The role covers an existing, established North Shore portfolio of properties so we are looking for a seasoned property management specialist.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in property management, extremely organised and focused, is able to build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, as well as show the ability to maintain and grow the existing portfolio.

This person will also have very strong communication skills, and come from a full portfolio management background.

As the role of a Property Manager is very demanding, as you no doubt know, we require a professional who works well under pressure. Being able to be a part of a strong team is imperative as well as the ability to autonomously run your own portfolio.

For the right candidate, there is the ability to treat the portfolio as your own 'business' to grow the portfolio size, revenue and therefore your earnings! There is ample opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to make this portfolio their own, and, with a great property manager in place Crockers highly effective BDM team will help increase the portfolio further.

Previous experience with Palace software is preferable, but not essential. We also need a proven track record of success, a positive and proactive attitude, and strong work ethic.

What you'll receive:

  • Laptop and phone to use for work purposes
  • Monthly vehicle cost allowance
  • Potential for quarterly bonuses dependent on KPI results

If this sounds like you, send through your CV and Cover Letter via seek.

You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.
