Personal Lines Underwriting Manager

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Personal Lines Underwriting Manager to join our busy and dedicated team.  
 
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to sink their teeth into coaching and leading.  You'll get fantastic exposure to our Exec and Senior management team, and work closely with an external partnering insurer. You'll have strong Personal Lines Underwriting experience, to deal with risks that sit outside of the ordinary. 
 
You’ll be tasked to-
  • Develop your team and identifying methods to improve “effectiveness"
  • Ensure all risks are underwritten and accepted within authorised limits
  • Work closely with insurance partners, negotiating terms and policies
  • Deliver reports as required on work allocation, turnaround timings, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, problem solving & synergies within the business
