Loss Adjuster - Team Manager

Are you a Senior Loss Adjuster who can demonstrate strong technical skills and experience?

Do you have management experience and know how to motivate and get the best out of your team?

Can you work under pressure at times, always with accuracy and attention to detail, but still enjoy a bit of fun and be part of building a superb team culture?

Your new role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Senior Loss Adjuster to lead our busy Auckland team.

You will have a strong work ethic and be able to provide professional and technical leadership to the team members in order to develop the overall team service standards.

You will also be managing your own portfolio of claims through to a successful and timely completion, including

  • Site visits, meeting customers and investigations
  • Written and verbal communication and reporting
  • Claim settlement process

You will preferably be qualified through ANZIIF, or with a similar trade/tertiary or management qualification.
