A receptionist is a critical role for any company, from managing the office to being the first point of contact for visitors! Hudson is looking for talented receptionists who are interested in temporary assignments in Christchurch, ranging anywhere from 1 week to 12 months to suit your availability!

What you’ll be doing in a receptionist role:

  • Customer service (face to face, via email or phone)
  • Managing office supplies
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Managing meeting room bookings and catering requirements
  • Database management
  • Providing administrative support to the office

Experience required:

  • Experience in a receptionist role
  • Experience in supporting a team
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A customer centric person
