Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to take on a temporary assignment, starting ASAP until February. In this full time role you will be working in the night shift contact centre from 8.30pm to 7am from Wednesday to Saturday. Your main responsibilities will include taking phone calls from customers and resolving any enquiries or issues they may have, logging this information on to the internal system and then monitoring the situation and following up with customers.

About you:

  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple systems
