We are a small friendly Contact Centre based in Newmarket with an outstanding set of healthcare clients, looking to expand our team with more full time outgoing, energetic, disciplined team members.
Ideally we would like to speak to candidates with previous Contact Centre experience however if you have had customer facing roles, are reliable, passionate about health and wellbeing and know you way around a keyboard this could be a great opportunity to secure a permanent full time role in a progressive global business. We have a robust induction and learning and development programme to bring you up to speed.
Irrespective of previous experience you will be able to demonstrate excellent work ethics, ability to work to exacting standards and be an outstanding communicator.
Taking inbound calls and problem solving, transferring, escalating or making an appointment on behalf of our healthcare clients
Accurate completion of call records
Making outbound calls and converting to an appointment on behalf of our healthcare clients
Escalating any challenging customer queries / complaints
