We currently have an opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals working in the emerging area of Trust over IP (TOIP). We are looking for a Business Value / Strategy Consultant who has passion for working in a market making / emerging market context.  We are looking for a creative, self-starting team player with a passion for getting things done.

What you will be doing?

  • Working with the CEO and Product team, you will help define strategy, conduct business value analysis, and be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to develop and articulate the value the new TOIP ecosystem will create for different industries and citizens.

  • Conduct and facilitate internal and external research and discovery around customer business processes, market trends, and business value analysis.

  • You will develop and present compelling, high quality business value white papers, value propositions, and business cases.

  • You will support team members with different areas of expertise in the development of publishable opinion pieces to inform market development.

  • You will help to define business models and work with the MATTR team on strategy and go to market consideration. 

  • You will track value realisation and developing case study material.

  • You will engage with collaborators and potential future customers and partners and provide recommendation on key strategies and support them in articulating value in their contexts.

  • Identify target operational and financial metrics impacted by the introduction of TOIP capabilities.

  • Craft and deliver executive level presentations to CxOs.

  • Create qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of business case development.

  • Develop value messaging and validate messaging is aligned with stakeholder value themes

  • Craft reusable assets to help scale the MATTR team's reach 

  • Play a role in the management of a library of assets include items such as white papers, spreadsheets, presentation templates, case examples, and customer stories

What are the skills needed?

  • You might have worked in a big consulting practice, a customer focused marketing role, or have experience in start-up environments.  If not, you could possibly have contributed to or lead strategic change agendas in an operating company environment. Equally you might have a background in academia and be looking to make a switch. Whatever your background, you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and / or a portfolio of interesting work that can showcase your capabilities.

  • You may have academic qualifications but equally you may not.  Either way you have excellent written communication skills and an ability to handle quantitative analysis and financial modelling.

  • Experience and / or the ability to create and deliver compelling white papers, presentations and business case artifacts (internally or externally facing)

  • Experience facilitating workshops, and driving to tangible outcomes through design-led workshops

  • An interest in the technology/software/SaaS space

  • Great written and verbal communication, organisational and multitasking skills.

  • A team player who is eager to share their findings and contribute to a collective understanding - someone who is super smart and committed to making a difference but won’t trip over their ego when they turn around!
