Payroll Advisor - Part Time

Be our new Payroll Advisor on a part time basis. 

Bring your HR and payroll skills together and join our professional and supportive People and Culture team. We provide HR and Recruitment advice and development to our business leaders and employees across our offices in Auckland and Wellington.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for our fortnightly payroll and provide general HR support, including answering employee queries, generating reports and employment documentation,  managing employee benefits and systems administration. You'll also be involved with onboarding new employees into our business, coordinating training logistics and supporting members of the wider People and Culture team.

ABOUT YOU

For this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience with payroll processing and systems
  • Understanding of holidays and other employment legislation impacting on payroll
  • Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client delivery focus.
  • Skilled in MS office including Word and Excel.
  • Savvy at learning new systems and processes.
