Body In Motion Physio & Rehab is a leading physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation company based in the beautiful Tauranga and Mount Maunganui region, with a multidisciplinary team of 50 clinical staff supported by friendly and efficient administration and management personnel.

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Skilled Administrator or Data Analyst with outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to join our high performing team. The role will be required to liaise with managers and clinicians, proactively design projects and reports, and provide information and expertise to staff in the wider business.  This is a part-time role with flexible hours available for the right candidate.

You will perform in-depth analysis and interpretation of data from practice management systems and other data sources, to support strategic planning, benchmarking, staff performance dashboards, process improvement, contract management and utilisation review.

This role will ideally be for 15 hours per week over three days.

To be successful in this role you must have at least two years' experience in data analysis.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and interpretation

  • Complete standard monthly reporting (revenue, referral numbers etc)

  • Conduct ad hoc in-depth analysis

  • Liaise with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Develop systems to capture and report data more efficiently

  • Actively manage our survey data collection and analysis and electronic mailings.

To be successful, the right candidate will have the below expertise:

  • Proven skills in data analytics

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering a quality product

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate data into information to inform decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Knowledge of the health industry will be advantageous
