Temporary assignments could be suitable for you, paying $20 - $25 p/hour + 8% holiday pay!

We are a skilled team of consultants who are continuously seeking passionate Office Administrators to be placed in temporary assignments around the South and East Auckland area. We have established relationships with some leading businesses, both home-grown and global brands.

The successful candidates will ideally have the following experience and skills:

  • Taking minutes, collating and distributing appropriately
  • Data entry, creating and maintaining databases
  • Producing documents and reports in a timely manner
  • Efficiently process mail, action filing and photocopying
  • Respond to customer queries and responses professionally
  • Provide direct support on all relevant projects
