Property Administrator

Our client based in Greenlane is looking for a switched on administrator available immediately to take on a 6-month contract starting ASAP with potential to extend.  You will be supporting the Property Acquisitions team. This is a busy role so you need to hit the ground running and not be afraid of a busy work load.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling property administration
  • Processing various property documentation, files and invoices
  • Overseeing property contracts administration, including Agreements for Sale and Purchase
  • Excel reporting
  • Ad hoc admin support to other team members 
ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate for this position will have a positive outlook and be highly organised and passionate about achieving results.

You will have previous administration experience ideally in the property or legal sectors and you will also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
  • A motivated, positive attitude in the workplace
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite with Advanced skill in Excel
  • Attention to detail, with an eye to streamlining business procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and ensure demands and deadlines are met
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience dealing with legal/property documentation
  • Good understanding of the Property Industry in New Zealand
  • Experience working autonomously in a similar role
