Property Manager South Auckland

An expanding property company in the Auckland industrial and commercial property market. By specialising in this market, this focus allows the team of experienced property consultants to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Your new role

  • Tenancy management of key industrial assets
  • General Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
  • Budgeting and operating expense reconciliations for properties
  • Facilities management, monitoring repair and maintenance works
  • Collecting rent and maintaining appropriate records
  • Building relationships with tenants, contractors and landlords.
  • General Property, office and administrative duties including processing invoices, along with ad hoc duties as required




What you'll need to succeed
The Ideal Candidate would have graduated with a property degree and preferably have at previous expierence within the industry. You will be a highly organised individual who can work both autonomously and within a team environment. You will need to be flexible as our business is growing, a good multitasker and be an excellent manager of your time.
