HOW DO YOU FIT IN
You will be Cardrona's face in the Central North Island, where you will be the key relationship holder, managing and executing sales plans, maintaining and developing relationships with the central north islands key retailers, restaurants and bars.
The role will involve rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. No two days will be the same, and as such an ability to prioritise new tasks on a day to day basis, while serving our customers.
A busy day to day work load will be critical. Above all though, you will be an all-round good person who has a positive energy and can form empathetic relationship and can influence others.
TITLE: Territory Manager (Maternity leave - 1 year contract)
PURPOSE: To drive sales in the central north island region
LOCATION: BOP / Waikato / Taupo / Rotorua / Coromandel / South of Papakura
BASED: Tauranga, with regular weekly travel
REPORTS TO: GM of Sales NZ
HOURS: 40 hours per week, variable roster including working weekends
To grow sales in the central North Island region
To develop, nurture and grow trusted relationships with new and existing customers
To lead events in your region
To work closely within a team
Business travel away from home with up to two nights away per week
Develop and execute customer service plans
