Territory Sales Manager - Northshore

Prolife Foods is a dynamic, privately owned company based in Hamilton, conducting business in New Zealand, Australia, and further afield in countries such as China, UAE and the USA. Our company is on the fast track to growing locally and internationally. We have a large portfolio of brands that we have created and nurtured, including Alison’s Pantry, Mother Earth, Flemings and Donovans Chocolates.

Reporting to the Regional Field Sales Manager, our Territory Sales Manager roles are unique to our business. Prolife Foods own and manage the Bulk Foods department within Foodstuffs stores, unlike most TSM roles. You will build relationships with owners/buyers, manage a team of top notch merchandisers and work closely with Head Office for all things Bulk Foods. You also have a grocery portfolio to manage and grow with merchandiser support to manage.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum of 3. Years FMCG experience
  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Experience managing a large team
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Able to build working relationships easily with all walks of life
  • Tenacious and competent negotiating ability

What else will help you:

  • Have a “can do” attitude
  • Be prepared to get stuck in and merchandise where needed
  • A passion for our people and seeing them succeed
  • Able to identify new business solutions
  • Excellent time management to manage a large call cycle

And what’s in it for you? The opportunity to be part of the next venture of Prolife Foods. There is an ongoing need to further grow the business, we don’t tend to consolidate, we look to the next challenge and opportunity.

If you would like to tender your interest for this role, please send through your resume with a covering letter to Whitney Williams via this website or email wwilliams@prolife.co.nz to be in the running.

Applications will remain open until filled
