Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operations of the Production and Hot Kitchen. This is a leadership position covering approximately 15 employees and is focussed on achieving the kitchens' required production outputs while maintaining high standards of food safety and food quality and operating within all budgets.

What we need from you,

  • Have minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Responsibility for the overall operations of the production and hot kitchen.
  • Achieving the kitchens' required production outputs
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety & a strong practical understanding of HACCP
  • Operating within all budgets.
  • Rostering, training and development,
  • Schedule management and working closely with the operational teams.
  • The role includes hands-on culinary time. 
  • The ability to enter information into our computer databases and operate basic email and office software is essential.
