The main function of this role is to manage the Bodies Corporate and oversee all matters arising from General Meetings and during the year. Reports To: The Director and other Body Corporate Manager

Internal Relationships: Liaises closely with the Insurance Administrator, Facilities Manager and the Finance Assistant.

External Relationships: Contractors, developers, suppliers, Unit Owners.

Job Context/Environment: Travel within New Zealand when necessary, site visits, database training required and training on the job, predominately operate in the office environment.

What are we looking for in a Body Corporate Manager candidate?

We are looking for someone who has knowledge in administration and management, customer service, and building and construction.

We want candidates that are skilled in active listening, speaking, judgment, decision-making, and negotiation.

And we want someone who is confident with their oral expression and oral comprehension.

Core job information:

  • Full time position
  • Full time hours (minimum of 40 a week)
  • National travel required when Body Corporate meetings are held out of Christchurch.
