About the role

Our property consultancy team are a talented group of people. They are experts in what they do and have strong experience providing consultancy services to a wide range of clients involved in transport and infrastructure, asset management, land management and planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across our multidisciplinary team and apply your skills to a variety of projects of all scales. On a typical day you could be:

  • Providing quality property advisory services to our existing key clients
  • Creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market place
  • Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership

About you

We’re looking for someone who has hold a relevant tertiary qualification (property, law, planning) and/or a minimum of three years year’s relevant work experience.  Membership of a suitable professional organisation would be beneficial.  If you have the following skills and experience, or the potential to develop in these, then we would love to hear from you:

  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement
  • Considered an industry leader in your current capacity
  • Have natural interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Excellent communication and customer focused
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
