Branch Administrator

We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Guru to join our team in our Tauranga based Branch.

We specialise in Industrial & Commercial Recruitment and as we enter our busy season, we are looking for someone to put their hand up and be the face of our Tauranga Branch.

The receptionist is the first point of contact so customer service skills are a must.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work part time hours 9-3 Monday to Friday .

Your Responsibilities;

  • Be the first point of contact for any candidates, clients or visitors entering the building
  • Data Entry (Previous experience with RDB would be ideal but not essential)
  • Experience using Excel, Word & Outlook is a must
  • Maintaining candidate & client records accurately and efficiently
  • Answering phones and communicating with candidates & clients while accurately taking messages

  • You will be someone who is keen to learn and goes above and beyond -
  • Someone who enjoys working in a Team and immersing themselves in company culture
  • Sharp time management & the ability to multi-task is a must
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be process driven to ensure work load is managed with pin point accuracy
  • Manage compliance in line with company standards
  • Bring a positive attitude and be able to deal with a diverse range of people

An interest in health and safety would be a great bonus.
