Broker Support - Commercial

In this role you will support a team of commercial brokers with the growth and retention of their client portfolios. The key responsibilities include processing of renewals, endorsements, collection of premiums and managing general client queries.

Are you our next success story?

  • Ideally, you will have insurance industry experience
  • Experience with eGlobal Database processing or alternatively, a quick learner with excellent computer skills capable of using the Microsoft Office suite with understanding of Excel
  • Proven experience of working in a customer facing role and developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Pro-active and solution orientated with a focus on delivering results
  • Demonstrates administrative skill and high attention to detail
  • Adept at prioritising work flow with ability to meet tight deadlines
