The Opportunity

Smokeylemon have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst who excels in operating both the right and left side of their brain. They are looking for someone with creativity and flare, with the analytics to match. 

You will be responsible for carrying out the digital marketing and communications related activities for both Smokeylemon and their customers. Your focus will be on the analytical management of digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, SMM setup, data analysis, reporting and optimisation.  Ultimately you will be a champion for insights, metrics and have a customer centric mindset, which would result in improving efficiencies and increasing ROI for Smokeylemon and their customers. With a ‘team player’ mentality, you will have an innate ability to build positive working relationships with customers and the team.

For Smokeylemon, their culture is key and working with a bunch of creatives, getting the right person with the right values is important to them. Therefore, for the right people, they are open to structuring this role to be two part time positions.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you will be a highly motivated, confident and forward thinking individual who is driven by positively contributing to the success of others. You will also demonstrate the following;

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience using analytical and CRM software
  • Knowledge of Google Ads product suite and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability building and maintaining exceptional relationships
  • Solid organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with high demand and multiple projects
  • A high level of IT skills including advanced Excel and website optimisation tools
  • Google Certification preferred
