Customer Service Representative

At Triton Hearing, you will be working with top hearing specialists and business professionals to provide the best possible outcome for each and every client. In return, you will be provided with ongoing support to develop your skills and opportunities to build a successful and rewarding career.

We have a vacancy for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Tauranga clinic. This is a rewarding role where you can really help to make a difference in people's lives.

The ideal person for us would have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine desire to help people

  • A team member with a natural affinity for calling our existing clients and database management

  • Operationally minded and commercially savvy, high level of general computer literacy required

  • Interested in personal and professional development

  • Have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives out in the community

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to interact with the wider Triton team and suppliers

  • Have flexibility around standard clinic hours of 8.30 am-5 pm as required by the needs of the business. This will include occasional events

Key tasks:

  • Overseeing general clinic operations

  • Managing clinic diary (appointments) to optimize our busy clinicians time

  • Reception – answering the phone and face to face enquiries

  • Processing insurance applications, government subsidies and ACC claims

  • Running daily reports through our CRM system

  • Data integrity management and maximizing opportunities to interact with our clients

  • Ability to communicate in a job share role 

  • In-house hearing aid repairs (training provided)
