Advisor - Planning & Performance

Randstad currently have a fantastic opportunity to work as an Advisor in a supportive and collaborative, yet complex and interesting environment, where you will deliver advice, insight and aid decision making to support Senior Stakeholders of a fascinating Government agency.

Key Duties range from Crown Entity Monitoring, providing advice to Ministers on reporting, planning and accountability documents and processes and assisting with Board member appointment processes.

This is a unique chance to join a Planning & Reporting team that offers career development opportunities in a range of directions, alongside exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven structured writing and analytical skills
  • excel at stakeholder engagement to build good working relationships
  • Show initiative and be proactive
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to achieve results.
  • The ability to think strategically and laterally
  • Knowledge of the machinery of government preferable.



You could be a Graduate who has recently joined the workforce and is looking to develop analytical and writing skills in Government, or an experienced planning and performance professional who is looking to take the next step in your career with a great team.
