Kia ora! Want to work for an iconic tourist attraction located in beautiful Takapō?

We're on the hunt for savvy Customer Service Representatives. If you're a Customer Service Extraordinaire who is a stargazer at heart and wants to share their passion for the southern night sky with our manuhiri (visitors), then read on! 

We have just opened our new world-class Astronomy Centre on Takapō lakefront, bringing to life the science of stars and Tātai arorangi (Māori astronomy) through a new immersive and engaging international experience. This experience is a world-first and already attracting interest from significant domestic and international partners. The new centre also features lakefront dining which is a key highlight to domestic and international manuhiri (visitors).

We take great pride in warmly welcoming manuhiri to our experiences. Manaakitanga (hospitality) is one of the core values that drives the way we do business. As hosts, we care for our customers and our team as our own whānau.

We offer not only a unique experience for visitors, but also an awesome place to work.

We currently have a number of fixed term roles available, based in the small, rural village of Takapō.

A little bit about you

We're after someone who:

  • Can dazzle us with your customer service experience 
  • Works well in a team
  • Stays cool under pressure
  • Is able to work shifts on weekdays, weekends, public holidays and evenings
