As a Production Engineer, you will be involved in product development and process optimization driven by customer requirements which push the boundaries beyond the standard. You will enjoy taking responsibility for the implementation of projects across the paper machine and you will find opportunities for career development into Project Management and Area Management.
We’re looking for an accomplished papermaker with a demonstrated ability in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree specialising in Process, Chemical or Industrial Engineering and experience working within the Pulp and Paper industry. They will also have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of quality control systems combined with sound planning and reporting skills and a strong grasp of the English language. Involved in product trials and operator training, they will have the ability to communicate with staff from various levels of the organisation.
