Customer Care Specialist - Permanent Opportunity

Our client is looking for a true customer specialist - someone who takes initiative, is incredibly articulate and has a scrutinous eye for detail.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to navigate a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis, you will naturally take initiative in the moment to exceed customer expectations, every single time. You will be incredibly detail oriented in your documenting of the customer journey, accuracy is paramount. You will be self-motivated, and results driven to hit self-imposed targets.

The core functions of this role will have you dealing with customers via inbound and outbound calls, email, letter, and face to face to amend small arrears. You will take these opportunities of customer contact to enhance their experience with other products that have the possibility to empower them and create long term retention.

Your ability to build relationships quickly on not just on an external level with customers, but also on an internal level with key stakeholders, will not only set you apart but will give you exposure to this truly values based financial organisation from the ground up!
