The Role
This employer of choice is in need of highly motivated individuals to take complete ownership of this position:
  • Attention to detail - assess all documentation to ensure compliance
  • Customer service - call the clients to discuss results
  • Daily review of customer files requiring action
  • Manage inquiries or requests to and from the front line
  • Contacting customers who have overseas tax obligations
  • Providing accurate time frames to clients throughout the process
  • Working closely with the Customer Fulfillment team
Your Experience
Candidates who have had experience with phone-based customer service and data entry will have an advantage, as you will likely understand the nature of this work!  You will need to be available/flexible to work rostered hours and be eligible to work in NZ without restrictions. 


  • Customer Service experience is a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, quick and efficient
  • The desire to work within a fast-paced environment
  • You must have a clear criminal and credit history
