We are feeling very sad as one of our long-standing employees is relocating for family reasons and is going to leave some very big shoes to fill.  

This is an opportunity for you to become a member of the TvA family and join a close-knit team.  You must be personable, capable and organised.

We are looking for someone who is good with numbers and processes, has at least two years experience in either a bookkeeping or private practice setting compiling annual financial statements, management reports and completing tax returns. The ability to work with a mix of business accounting software, eg Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Attaché will be advantageous.

As a personable and organised team player, you will need to be flexible, own your work, and have financial and technological literacy.  

You must have an in-depth understanding of the relationship between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, payable, inventory, payroll, cash and Xero add-ons), and a clear understanding of accrual accounting.  You will be able to prepare, analyse and interpret financial statements in a way that is beneficial to our clients’ needs.  You must have a drive to do well and gain satisfaction from a job well done in a timely manner.
