About the role

 

We are seeking current or recent professionals in financial services (banking or insurance) or real estate industry who are looking to utilise their skills and experience in a new way.

The ideal candidate will be a sharp hunter with an extensive network of current and future homeowners in a specific geographical region.

This person can identify and grow the unlimited potential of a commissioned sales role and possesses a determination to succeed, a passion for helping people and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-changing technological environment. 

 

Skills and experience

 

  • Relevant experience (at least 5 years) in any of the above Industries
     
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and a hunger for self-improvement
     
  • Proven networking skill and the ability to build rapport and trust
     
  • Successful in identifying, understanding and exceeding client needs through building effective relationships
     
  • A proactive listener with superstar verbal and written communication skills
     
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques and procedures
     
  • Thrive on the opportunity to control your own earnings potential
