Territory Manager

This business is one of the top names in NZ when it comes to outdoor power equipment and for good reason. They represent excellent brands, quality product, deliver high levels of service support and work through a nationwide dealer network.

 

The Role

This is a territory management position with responsibility for the flagship brand in the North Island. The key to success in this role is the ability to partner and jointly grow business with an established dealer network. There’s also opportunity to bring on further dealers. This is a varied and interesting role which will see you having a commercial conversation with a dealer in one moment, then doing an equipment demo or tradeshow the next. There is a high level of travel required with the majority of your time spent on the road. You’ll spend time travelling to some beautiful parts of NZ and you’re always connected to the team with modern technology.

  

What you'll bring:   

  • A well developed sales skillset
  • Background in B2B selling through dealers or distributors ideally
  • Strong mechanical aptitude is a must
  • You enjoy a mixed role with elements of hands on work (product demos)
  • Ability to operate autonomously
  • Ideally have a background in the agriculture, industrial or automotive industry
