We are looking for enthusiastic team members on a fixed-term basis till July 2020 with sound experience in operating machinery and controlling processes to provide expertise across our new Rolleston based Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) plant. We'll teach you a wide range of processes to ensure you will be well-equipped to perform in the role. Maintaining high hygiene standards is critical in the food industry, therefore, this will be your number one priority.

Key attributes we are looking for include:

  • diligence and a strong problem-solving ability
  • passion for multi-tasking and thrives on a day filled with change
  • excellent people and communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly with a structured thought process and attention to detail

  • high level of attention to detail

All applicants must be prepared to work shifts and preference will be given to energetic and flexible team players with experience in liquid milk or an FMCG manufacturing environment, and a knowledge of testing samples, quality checks and machine operation. If you believe your contribution will make a difference, and you have pride in yourself and work environment, you could be about to begin a fantastic career with Westland.

In return, each day you'll get to work in an organised, tidy environment with state-of-the-art machinery and a great team. We offer competitive pay, as well as health and super schemes. We're proud of the fact that we work hard, together, to get things done; and we hope that you'll come and join the team!!!
