As a leading provider across multiple Insurance offerings in NZ, this organisation based in Auckland CBD is an award winning brand - not only for their incredible customer support and service, but due to their inclusive and people focused work culture.

This role is starting ASAP and will be for a fixed term role until June 2020, working standard business Monday to Friday.

Role

As part of the claims team, you will be gathering, analysing and assessing information in regards to claims. Your daily tasks may entail:

  • Gathering details from customer, third parties and suppliers
  • Liaising with customers to assess and understanding information
  • Making judgments and assessments in line with policies
  • Ensure compliance, fraud and legal standards are adhered to

About you

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Be a natural problem solver who can understand complex information
  • Enjoy following processes and adhering to regulations
  • Able to build relationships easily with internal/external stakeholders
  • A passion to gain financial services/insurance experience
