Account Manager / Territory Manager

Our Client "Vynco Industries", are a leading distributor of electrical components both within New Zealand and abroad.  They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account / Territory Manager to join their team and support them in driving Vynco's growth and performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth and market share by exceeding set business objectives  
  • Developing new business opportunities using a range of sales techniques
  • Proactively managing your accounts through exceptional customer service
  • Building positive relationships with clients, contractors and all parties involved in the sales process

You will seek to provide innovative electrical solutions to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction from initial contact right through to installation.

As an experienced Account Manager you will be confident in a sales role and relish the opportunity to contribute to a results-driven environment. You will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in the electrical industry (desirable) or alternatively have experience in a similar industry where you have gained transferable skills
  • Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to close deals that exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Be highly organised, motivated and someone who prides themselves on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be capable or ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard in agreed time frames

Key to your success in this role will be your strong commercial acumen, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing key account customers as well as the ability to cultivate new business opportunities. You believe in building effective relationships, underpinned with integrity and trust.

This is a challenging and hands-on role with excellent opportunities for growth with an industry leader. An appealing remuneration package is on offer, including a vehicle and bonus scheme.
