Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Our client, a well-known brand and market leader in infrastructure and engineering services seeks a Project Engineer to join their team based in the Waikato.   

This role will see you directing projects from an engineering perspective, providing regular progress reports and ensuring client expectations are achieved. 

To be successful in this role you will have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and thorough understanding around the refurbishment of wastewater/water treatment plants.  In addition to this you will have;
  • Demonstrated ability to review and modify design documentation to meet specifications
  • Knowledge of bioreactors, pipes, pumps, pressures and flow rates
  • The ability to have technical discussions with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to drive continuous improvement
  • A strong Health & Safety focus
  • Well established communication and interpersonal skills
