About the opportunity:

Our client is a leading supplier of high quality car paint supplies to the New Zealand market. They are seeking a Warehousing and Customer Services specialist who will be interacting with customers face to face in their Hamilton branch.

Role description:

Due to growth within the business, this new role will support the warehouse operations Hamilton team and will involve counter sales. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with over the counter sales

  • Picking, packing and preparing orders

  • Managing inward products and their accurate and systematic storage

  • Completing all associated documentation with accuracy (so numeracy skills are important)

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

  • Has strong communication skills and great customer etiquette

  • Has a background in warehousing and storage

  • Computer literate (to ensure systems are kept up to date)

  • Thrives in a team environment
