Communications Centre Operator

Are you seeking a meaningful role where you can contribute to your local community and feel challenged every day? We are seeking a committed and resilient call centre staff for an exciting opportunity with a local Government organisation based in Johnsonville, Wellington.


This is a great chance to kick start your career in a strong team environment whilst utilising your customer service experience to support the NZ public far and wide. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts on a six on, four off roster.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Using the latest technology to track and monitor live events
- Liaising with various agencies to ensure the safety of the NZ public
- Communicating with the NZ public to help them plan their travels


Are you someone who....
- Has a customer service background
- Is a great communicator
- Enjoys a challenge and learning new skills
- Can effectively manage your workload and multi-task
