Medical Secretary / PA

Our well known and reputable client has a coveted position available for a talented medical administrator to join their reputable private practice, working closely with a talented Orthopaedic surgeon.

About the Role

  • Busy and varied workload
  • Work closely with and provide PA support to a highly-skilled surgeon
  • Schedule clinics, patient appointments and surgeries
  • Complete all patient administration including billing
  • Maintain patient files
  • Typing

Skills and Experience

  • Prior high level administration experience in the medical field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • SPM experience desirable but not essential
  • Polished presentation
