Receptionist / Administration Assistant - Temp
We are looking for experienced, professional and well presented candidates to provide administration support and reception duties to our clients within the professional services industry.

What you need to succeed:
  • Initiative - You will be able to prioritise tasks given based on the needs of the office on any given day
  • A high level of confidentiality and the ability to understand the importance of privacy and client information
  • A professional appearance
  • An excellent phone manner
  • You will be required to respond to emails so professional written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • A bubbly, outgoing personality and willing to take on whatever task is required of you - whether it be running errands or getting coffee
  • No two days will be the same so you will be adaptable and be able to handle a fast paced and varied environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Proven experience in the above areas
