You will be the first point of contact for a busy reception that sees many visitors welcomed through the doors of the corporate offices based within the CBD.  The role encompasses a wide range of duties that require lots of multitasking and attention to detail.  You will have exposure to a growing business with ongoing career development whilst improving your overall employability.

The Role 
The client envisions someone who takes ultimate pride in themselves as an intelligent and outgoing individual with previous experience working as a receptionist or in administration.

  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Formatting documents for members of the office
  • Managing the office’s meeting rooms through the use of Outlook
  • General upkeep of the reception area and kitchen (including stacking and emptying the dishwasher, stocking kitchen condiments and food, etc)
  • Ordering of office supplies and liaising with building maintenance where necessary
  • Accepting deliveries and posting mail
  
Your Profile

  • 2+ years’ experience in Administration / Reception in a corporate environment.
  • Self-starter with good organizational, multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be action-oriented, able to work with ambiguity, influence without authority, time management, high energy, adaptable, demonstrate initiative, and problem-solving.
  • Someone with the confidence to back themselves and is proactive.
  • We are open to previous work experience and qualification as we will be recruiting on attitude, potential and success to date.
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
