Administration Support Role

Turuki Health Care is a kaupapa Maori organisation delivering integrated health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau area. We provide quality, accessible and affordable health care and support to whanau.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support person for our Mangere office. You will be committed to engaging with our Kaupapa in order to support the values and strengths of the services we provide in the community.


The main role of this position is to provide support to the Finance Administration Manager in the areas of Administration, finance, vehicle management, facilities, IT and projects.


Your experience and skills will include:

  • General administration skills including accurate data entry
  • Competent in computer use with the ability to learn how to use new programmes
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great telephone manner and a good sense of humour
  • Ability to understand basic Te Reo
  • Full NZ Driver’s License
