About the Role

Based at our Selaks Winery in the Hawkes Bay, this is a part-time (25 hours minimum per week with the option of more hours during busy periods) position to provide support and a link between the Viticulture, Winemaking, Finance, and HR departments as well as running the front desk at reception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running the front desk, greeting visitors and associated duties.
  • Assisting with and managing invoices, travel expenses and bookings.
  • Assisting with recruitment advertisements, applications and new hire inductions, particularly during Vintage/Harvest seasons.
  • Organise and coordinate staff functions.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.

About You

  • Attention to detail and good time management.
  • Available a minimum of 25 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Friday.
  • Adaptable, flexible and supportive across a diverse team.
  • Tech savvy and confident in your ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player.
