Human Resource Advisor

Human Resource Management Division

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide trusted advice and operational excellence on people and workforce issues.

You will be a true HR generalist responsible for supporting, coaching and advising people leaders to enable them to make strategic people decisions and manage operational matters. You will provide advice on best-practice solutions related to all HR related matters including recruitment, performance management and employment relations.

To be successful in this role you will have at least five years' experience as a HR generalist, ideally in a medium to large complex organisation. You will have in depth knowledge and experience in employment relations, performance management and change management. You will have acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges with an ability to build strong relationships, develop trust and credibility with people leaders and staff. A confident, clear and concise communication style along with experience working alongside Unions is essential.
